Strategic Plan, Chapter 9

How the budget is set

The strategic plan does not prescribe fixed monetary amounts because membership size, regional needs, currencies and funding capacity may change. Each annual work plan will be costed using realistic assumptions and approved through AIC governance structures. Budgets will clearly distinguish programme costs, welfare funds, administration, digital services, travel, training, contingency and restricted projects.

Strategic Plan, Chapter 14

Because approved multi-year financial figures are not yet available, this Strategic Plan establishes a methodology rather than presenting unverified amounts as approved budgets.

Strategic Plan, Chapter 21

Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much.
