Our beliefs
The biblical and theological foundation of our ministry.
Christ is the foundation of the Church and the centre of all ministry.
For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
The Church is one body with many members and gifts.
12For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ. 13For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all been made to drink into one Spirit. 14For in fact the body is not one member but many. 15If the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I am not of the body,” is it therefore not of the body? 16And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I am not of the body,” is it therefore not of the body? 17If the whole body were an eye, where would be the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where would be the smelling? 18But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body just as He pleased. 19And if they were all one member, where would the body be? 20But now indeed there are many members, yet one body. 21And the eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you”; nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.” 22No, much rather, those members of the body which seem to be weaker are necessary. 23And those members of the body which we think to be less honorable, on these we bestow greater honor; and our unpresentable parts have greater modesty, 24but our presentable parts have no need. But God composed the body, having given greater honor to that part which lacks it, 25that there should be no schism in the body, but that the members should have the same care for one another. 26And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it. 27Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually.
Scattered believers remain witnesses of the gospel.
Therefore those who were scattered went everywhere preaching the word.
The Great Commission extends to all nations.
18And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
Leaders are stewards who must be found faithful.
Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful.
Ministry must be conducted decently and in order.
Let all things be done decently and in order.
The Church is called to bear one another's burdens.
Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

AIC Statement of Faith
AIC Diaspora Area holds the doctrine of the Africa Inland Church, without addition or subtraction. With AIC Kenya, we believe in:
The Unity and Trinity of God, eternally existing in three co-equal Persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
God, the Creator and Preserver of all things, who created man, male and female, in His own image and gave them the dominion over the earthly creation.
The deity and humanity of God the Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, being the very God, also became the Man, being begotten of the Holy Spirit, born of Virgin Mary, was crucified, died and was buried, was raised bodily from the dead and ascended to the right hand of the Father; Whose natures continue eternally and inseparably, joined together in one Person.
The deity and the Person of God, the Holy Spirit and the necessity of His work to make the death of Christ effective to the individual sinner who repents, granting him (the sinner) forgiveness from God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ; and in His ministry, dwelling permanently within and working through the believer for godly life and service.
The divine verbal and plenary inspiration and infallibility of the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments as originally given, and their absolute and final authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
The universal sinfulness and guilt of human nature since the fall, rendering man subject to God’s wrath and condemnation.
The sacrificial death of our representative and substitute, the Lord Jesus Christ, the incarnate Son of God, by shedding of whose blood atonement was made for the sins of the whole world, and whereby alone, men are redeemed from the guilt, penalty and power of sin and death.
The necessity of the new birth as the work of God, the Holy Spirit. Men being saved by grace through faith, not by works.
The eternal security of the believer, based entirely on the atoning work of the Lord Jesus Christ, whereby, as a born-again child of God, he has assurance of salvation and has the right to all privileges of the sons of God.
The maintenance of good works and obedience to the revealed will of God in life and service, through which eternal rewards shall be received.
The True Church, whose Head is the Lord Jesus Christ and whose members are all regenerate persons united to Christ and to one another by the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
The observance of the ordinances of baptism and the Lord’s Supper, as appointed by the Lord Jesus Christ.
The supreme mission of the Church as being to glorify God and preach the Gospel to all mankind.
The personal visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
The literal resurrection of all people.
The eternal blessedness of the saved and eternal punishment of the lost.
