Ministries
Ministry for every season of life, across many nations.
One strategic direction
Ministries will not operate as isolated departments.
Men, women, youth, teens, children, families, mission, worship, pastoral care and professional networks will contribute to one strategic direction. Annual planning will identify joint programmes and shared outcomes. For example, a family conference may involve children’s teachers, youth mentors, marriage facilitators, pastoral-care leaders and digital teams.
