AIC Diaspora Area

Strategic Plan 2026–2031

A six-year roadmap for building a globally connected AIC community.

Executive summary

The AIC Diaspora Area Plan 2026–2031 is a six-year roadmap for building a globally connected AIC community that is rooted in Christ, growing in faith and actively reaching the nations through discipleship, fellowship and service. It responds to the growing number of AIC members living outside Kenya and to the pastoral, doctrinal, organisational and social challenges that can arise from geographical distance, cultural transition, immigration processes and inconsistent ministry structures.

Five strategic focus areas provide the core of the plan: spiritual growth and discipleship; leadership development and governance; mission, evangelism and outreach; fellowship, family and welfare support; and resource mobilisation and digital ministry.
