How to protect yourself from fraudOnly through approved channels
All church funds will be handled through formally approved channels. Personal bank accounts, personal mobile wallets or informal custodial arrangements must not be used to hold church funds except where an expressly authorised temporary emergency procedure exists and is fully documented.

- Collected and receipted through approved channels.
- Benevolent and designated funds
- Restricted to approved purposes and reported separately.
- Partnership and mission support
- Subject to due diligence and documented terms.
- Approved fundraising activities
- Budgeted, authorised and compliant with local requirements.
- Grants or donations
- Accepted only where conditions are compatible with AIC values and capacity.
- In-kind and professional support
- Recorded and governed through clear scope and accountability.
